Pride Gym Australia was built on a simple belief: a gym should be more than a place to work out—it should be a place where people feel supported, motivated and genuinely part of a community.

For founders Lily and Reece, Pride Gym is the result of years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for creating a better gym experience. After seeing overcrowded facilities, limited support and members left to navigate their fitness journeys alone, they knew there had to be a different way.

Together, they created Pride Gym Australia in Underwood—a boutique performance facility designed around the member experience. Every detail has been carefully considered, from more than 50 premium pieces of equipment from leading global brands to dedicated strength and conditioning spaces, a fully equipped posing room and a state-of-the-art recovery zone.

But what truly sets Pride Gym apart isn't the equipment—it's the people.

Rather than filling the gym to capacity, Lily and Reece intentionally limit memberships to create a welcoming environment where members have the space to train comfortably and receive genuine support from experienced coaches.

Our highly qualified coaches provide personalised training and evidence-based programming tailored to your individual goals, fitness level and lifestyle. To support your health beyond training, Pride Gym also features a premium recovery area with a traditional sauna, cold and hot plunge, magnesium plunge and compression therapy, alongside an on-site café serving quality coffee, protein shakes, supplements and healthy snacks.
